1. Nature of Services

We provide consultancy and assistance services for:
  • Startup Registration
  • MSME / Udyam Registration
  • ISO Certification Assistance
  • Government Registrations
  • Business Compliance Services
We are a private consultancy firm and not a government authority.

2. No Guarantee of Approval

Approval, issuance, or processing timelines of any registration or certification are solely at the discretion of the respective government department or issuing authority.
We do not guarantee approval, processing time, or outcome.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:
  • Provide true, complete and accurate information
  • Submit genuine documents
  • Cooperate during processing
Any misrepresentation may result in termination of service without refund.

4. Fees & Payment

  • Consultancy fees are charged for professional services.

  • Government fees (if applicable) are separate.

  • All payments made through PhonePe Payment Gateway are subject to our Refund Policy.

  • We do not store card or UPI credentials.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:
  • Rejection of application
  • Delays by authorities
  • Technical errors on government portals
  • Loss arising from incorrect information provided by client

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, layout, design and graphics are proprietary to the Company.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control including government actions, system failures, natural disasters etc.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
