Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines cancellation and refund terms for consultancy services.
1. Nature of Service
We provide professional consultancy services. Once work has commenced, services cannot be reversed.
2. Consultancy Fees
Professional fees are non-refundable once:
Documentation review has started
Application has been prepared
Application has been submitted
3. Government Fees
Government fees and third-party charges are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation request must be made before documentation review begins. After service initiation, no refund shall be provided.
5. Duplicate / Failed Payment
In case of duplicate payment or technical failure, refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to original payment method.
6. No Physical Products
As we do not sell physical products, shipping, return or exchange policies do not apply.
